Black and White Leah

I absolutely love the expression on Leah's face and how the sunlight makes half her face in the shadows.  Welcome to my new photo blog!  Would yall like me to list how I edit the pictures to help improve knowledge?  I mean, I'm no professional, but I love to play around and get better at my hobbies.  Tell me what you think!  I love hearing from you!  Here is the original picture:

Nice photo and great post-procesing! We would love to hear what you did! I often wish people would do that more, tell us what they did and how they did it, so I have started to do a bit of that too! Thanks for sharing!

Darling!!! Love how intent she is. She reminds me of a little girl I might see on the front of a greeting card.

I'm a novice and don't even have Photoshop or Lightroom or any of those fancy programs but am trying to learn what I am able! Any info helps!

Blessings~

Love the crop and the corners! She's darling! Please share what you're doing! I'm always looking for a chance to learn!
Right now, I use PSE, but am thinking about investing in Lightroom.
Looking forward to seeing more of you!

Great job on the crop! It helps the focus go to your little cutie!

I never have figured out Photoshop - but I love lightroom (way easier for me!)

I love the tiny hint of golden color that you left in this photo! It makes it look vintage! :)

The edit is awesome. I love the aged look of the picture and the crop makes this snapshot into a great portrait. Beautiful work.
